Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This app, “ShoeTree” (the “App”), is provided by an independent individual developer (the “Developer”). This Policy describes what information is collected through use of the App and how it is handled.

1. Information We Collect and Why

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following external services to process data. Each service handles data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We may grant these service providers access to data only to the extent necessary to provide the App’s features. We do not sell or otherwise provide your information to third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Where and How Long Data Is Stored

Your data is stored on Supabase (database region: Tokyo). If you delete your account, all registered shoes, records, photos, and other data are promptly and permanently deleted.

If you have not linked an account (via Apple, Google, or email) and have not used the App for one year or more, your data may be automatically deleted. If you would like to be able to restore your data after a device change or reinstall, please link an account in advance.

4. How to Delete Your Data

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account within the App. Doing so permanently deletes all your registered shoes, care records, photos, and other data, and this cannot be undone. Note that canceling a subscription must be done separately through the App Store or Google Play — it is not handled by deleting your account within the App.
